Roof Replacement on Lochside Dr
Lochside Dr in Cary brought us a beautiful two-story brick home with a wraparound front porch, a wide two-bay garage, and a center gable sitting above an arched second-story window. With this many planes meeting at the front, the valleys had to be right, and that is where we focused the prep. We installed 54 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Pewter Gray, with extra attention along the porch tie-in and the garage gable. The new shingle reads cool against the warm brick, and the arched window in the gable now catches the eye the way it was always supposed to. Total project: $23,000, completed January 2026.
