Roof Replacement on Lochwood Dr
We came up to this Lochwood Dr home in Cary tucked into a wooded lot, with a roofline more interesting than your average ranch. Multiple gables, a recessed entry, and a long garage extension off the right side, all working together. The 60 squares this called for had to deal with several intersecting valleys, and we put real time into the underlayment work before any shingle went down. We laid out GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ in Pewter Gray to match the cool blue siding. The new roof ties the whole intricate shape together, with sharp lines along every gable. Total project: $27,920, completed December 2025.
