Website Terms of Use

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These Website Terms of Use apply to the website operated by On Tops Inc, doing business as On Tops Roofing (“On Tops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), at OnTopsRoofing.com (the “Site”).

1.Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about On Tops Roofing, our services, completed projects, roofing products, warranties, service areas, and related topics. It also allows visitors to contact us and request information or an estimate.

The Site is intended for general informational and communication purposes. It is not itself a proposal, construction contract, warranty, inspection report, engineering opinion, insurance coverage determination, or guarantee that On Tops will perform work at a particular property.

2.Contact and Estimate Requests

Submitting a form through the Site is a request for On Tops to contact you. It does not:

  • create a contract between you and On Tops;
  • obligate On Tops to inspect a property, prepare an estimate, or perform work;
  • guarantee that we serve a particular property or location;
  • reserve an appointment or project date; or
  • establish the price, scope, materials, schedule, or warranty terms for any project.

Our staff may manually follow up using the contact information you provide, including by phone, email, or text message.

If you separately agree to receive marketing calls, emails, or text messages, that consent is governed by the language presented to you when you provide it. You may withdraw marketing consent using the instructions provided in the applicable communication.

3.Project Information and Written Agreements

Descriptions of services, installation practices, products, materials, manufacturers, warranties, pricing, project timelines, code requirements, and completed projects are provided as general information.

Conditions vary from property to property, and products, specifications, availability, prices, regulations, and manufacturer requirements may change. Information about one completed project should not be understood as a representation that another project will have the same conditions, scope, price, schedule, or result.

Only a written proposal, contract, warranty, change order, or other project document issued by On Tops establishes the terms applicable to a specific project. If there is any conflict between information on the Site and a project-specific written agreement, the project-specific agreement controls.

4.Website Content

Unless otherwise identified, the original text, photographs, videos, graphics, project descriptions, page designs, logos, and other content appearing on the Site are owned by or licensed to On Tops.

You may view and use the Site for ordinary personal or business informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, commercially distribute, or present our original content as your own without our prior written permission.

This section does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, manufacturer materials, customer reviews, or other content owned by someone else.

5.Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site to:

  • submit knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • introduce malware or other harmful code;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or
  • use automated systems in a manner that damages or unreasonably burdens the Site.

We may restrict access to the Site or disregard submissions when we reasonably believe the Site is being misused.

6.Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may include links to or content provided by manufacturers, review platforms, mapping services, social media platforms, financing providers, and other third parties.

Those third parties operate independently from On Tops. We do not control their websites, availability, content, policies, or services. A link or reference to a third party does not mean that On Tops guarantees everything offered or stated by that third party.

7.Website Availability and Updates

We try to keep the Site useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, completely current, or free from technical errors.

We may add, remove, correct, or update Site content at any time. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Updated Terms apply to use of the Site after they are posted.

8.North Carolina Law

These Terms and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This section applies to use of the Site. It does not replace or modify the governing-law or dispute provisions contained in a separate project contract.
