Roof Replacement on 7th St
7th St in the Wilmington area is a two-story elevated coastal home with wraparound covered porches and a complex roof shape typical of NC beach construction. Metal roofing is the right call this close to the water, so we installed 30 squares of standing-seam metal in Black, a system built to handle salt air and coastal wind far better than asphalt would. The new roof complements the cream siding below and matches the look of the surrounding beach-community homes. Total project: $39,000, completed December 2023.
