Roof Replacement on Batson Rd
Batson Rd in the Wilmington area sits right on the intracoastal waterway, a multi-level waterfront home with covered decks looking out over the water on both levels. Coastal homes need attention to details that inland homes do not, especially flashing and ridge venting against salt and wind. We installed 27 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal across the main roof. The dark color complements the white siding and looks great against the water views from above. Total project: $39,063, completed December 2023.
