Roof Replacement on Beaver Dam Rd
Beaver Dam Rd in Chapel Hill is a single-story home with sage-cream siding and a tall central chimney that rises right through the middle of the roof, a defining feature that called for careful flashing on all four sides. With multiple roof planes meeting at the chimney, the prep work focused on getting that intersection sealed cleanly. We installed 28 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Cedar Falls. The warm color blend brings out the natural tones of the siding and ties the roof into the wooded setting beautifully. Total project: $13,550, completed April 2025.
