Roof Replacement on Brandywine Rd
Brandywine Rd in Chapel Hill is a mid-century home in light blue siding over partial brick, set on a heavily wooded lot that gives the property a quiet, secluded feel. The 24-square scope here ran across multiple gable planes and a side chimney, which means the shingle had to land cleanly through the valley work. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Williamsburg Slate. The cool slate tone settles beautifully against the blue siding and the brick chimney, and the home now wears a roof that suits its understated mid-century character. Total project: $12,700, completed July 2025.
