Roof Replacement on Catherwood Pl
Catherwood Pl in Cary stands out for the tall front-facing gable rising over the entry, with an arched window catching the light from the second floor. We tore off the old roof, prepped the deck, and installed 28 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Appalachian Sky. The new color reads cool against the warm cream siding and gives the dramatic gable face a clean, even backdrop. With the wooded lot behind it, the home now sits crisply against the trees instead of disappearing into them. Total project: $12,925, completed November 2025.
