Roof Replacement on Deep River Rd
Deep River Rd in Sanford is a two-story home with cream siding and a deep covered front porch wrapping the full front elevation, set deep in a stand of tall pines. The L-shaped footprint meant a center valley and a back-wall transition where careful prep work mattered most. The 34 squares this took came together cleanly. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp against the cream siding and the pine canopy, giving this country home a top suited to the quiet woods around it. Total project: $15,725, completed December 2025.
