Roof Replacement on Eagle Point Ln
Eagle Point Ln in Clayton is a thoughtful two-story home in crisp white siding with a deep covered porch on the left, an attached two-car garage on the right, and a center gable rising between them over the entry. With three distinct roof planes converging at the front, the 46 squares this took meant the prep work focused on every valley and step flash. We installed GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp against the white body and gives this welcoming home a deliberate, balanced top. Total project: $22,750, completed January 2026.
