Roof Replacement on Glenn Glade
Glenn Glade in Chapel Hill, the second home we have completed on this Governors Club street, is one of the most architecturally complex roofs we have shingled, multiple gabled dormers, intersecting planes, and steep angles cascading across the warm khaki facade. The 61 squares this called for required precision through every valley and step flash. We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro in Heather Blend. The variegated brown tone moves with the wooded surroundings and suits a roof this layered, every dormer and gable now reads cleanly under one cohesive surface. Total project: $34,995, completed August 2025.
