Roof Replacement on Larkhall Ct
Larkhall Ct in Cary is a long brick ranch with a shallow main roof that runs the full length of the home, plus a rear extension and a chimney rising up through the middle of the plane. With this much continuous roof, the underlayment and the chimney flashing had to be done carefully. We laid out 34 squares of GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ in Barkwood, which sits beautifully against the warm brick and the autumn light around the lot. The new roof gives this single-story home a cleaner, more deliberate horizontal line. Total project: $17,325, completed September 2025.
