Roof Replacement on McKenzie Meadow Ln
McKenzie Meadow Ln in Apex is a two-story home in cream siding over a brick lower level, finished with a small front-facing gable rising over the entry porch. The 29 squares this took came together quickly, with the porch tie-in and the small upper gable giving the team something to focus on. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark shingle reads handsomely against the cream and brick, giving this newer-build home a sharp, dialed-in finish from the curb. Total project: $12,600, completed September 2025.
