Roof Replacement on Northstar Ct
Northstar Ct in Cary is a large two-story brick-and-siding home with a complicated roofline, multiple front gables, a round porthole window in the upper level, and a skylight cut into the front slope. The 50 squares this took called for careful work around every transition, especially the skylight curb. We installed GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ in Charcoal. The dark shingle anchors the cream upper story and lets the layered gable structure stand out. The home now reads as the large, considered estate it was designed to be. Total project: $40,060, completed August 2025.
