Roof Replacement on Park Dr
Park Dr in Raleigh is a sprawling ranch with an L-shaped footprint, a long continuous main roof, and a brick chimney rising near the center. With 49 squares of roof to lay across one large plane, the work was about consistency more than complexity, every course had to land cleanly. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color anchors the long horizontal silhouette beautifully and lets the surrounding tree canopy frame it from above. Total project: $18,732.58, completed March 2025.
