Roof Replacement on Roosevelt Dr
Roosevelt Dr in Chapel Hill is a charming Cape Cod home, three gabled dormers across the upper level, painted gray brick at the base, and a screened side porch tucked along the left. With three dormer faces stepping across the front, the prep had us focused on each dormer's step flashing and the valleys where they meet the main plane. We installed 23 squares of CertainTeed Landmark Premium in Moire Black. The deep black settles against the painted gray brick and gives this classic silhouette a fresh, deliberate finish. Total project: $11,330, completed March 2026.
