Roof Replacement on Saranac Ridge Dr
Saranac Ridge Dr in Holly Springs is a single-story home in cream siding over red brick, with an attached single-bay garage anchoring the left and a small porch gable rising over the entry. The 42 squares this took ran across two distinct gable heights meeting at a key valley. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Pewter Gray. The cool tone reads beautifully against the warm brick and cream siding, and the home now wears a roof that pulls every element of the front elevation together. Total project: $18,880, completed December 2025.
