Roof Replacement on Sarazen Dr
Sarazen Dr in Clayton is a charming two-story home in white siding with a covered front porch, an arched accent window in the center gable, and a side wing extending off to the right. With three roof planes converging at the porch tie-in, the 39 squares this took required careful flashing through every transition. We installed GAF Timberline Natural Shadow in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp against the white body and gives the architectural detail of the arched gable window the clean frame it deserves. Total project: $14,995, completed November 2025.
