Roof Replacement on Scarborowood Dr
Scarborowood Dr in Holly Springs is the classic American farmhouse, white siding, two front-facing dormers across the upper level, and a deep front porch with a bronze metal roof running the full length of the home. With two dormer faces to flash, a porch tie-in to the metal roof, and a side wing valley to seal cleanly, the prep work was the heart of this project. We installed 37 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Weathered Wood. The warm tones honor the pastoral setting and bring out the bronze of the porch roof, giving this home the kind of top its architecture has been waiting for. Total project: $15,850, completed October 2025.
