Roof Replacement on The Dyke Drive
The Dyke Dr in Raleigh is a remarkable home, four front-facing dormers stretching across the elevation, a wraparound porch underneath, and an attached two-car garage with two more dormers stacked above it. The 44 squares this project called for had to deal with a dormer face on every plane, which means careful step flashing and patient prep. We installed GAF Timberline Natural Shadow in Charcoal. The dark new shingle gives every dormer a clean shadow line and lets the cream siding underneath glow. Total project: $17,920, completed December 2025.
