Roof Replacement on Ericka Dr
Ericka Dr in Hillsborough is one of the most beautiful homes in our project log, a Cape Cod in painted-white brick with three pediment-topped dormers across the upper level, each framing an arched accent window, and a deep classical front porch running the full elevation. The homeowners chose Biscayne Blue, an unusual cool blue tone that suits this home's pastoral elegance perfectly. The 62 squares this took meant patient flashing across every dormer face, every pediment transition, and the porch tie-in. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ. The blue settles beautifully against the white brick and gives this home a roof as distinctive as the architecture itself. Total project: $25,827, completed January 2026.
