Roof Replacement on Heather Bluffs Dr
Heather Bluffs Dr in Garner is a sizable two-story home in cream siding over red brick, finished with three front-facing dormers and an attached two-car garage. With three dormer faces plus the porch tie-in and two distinct gable heights at the front, the 56 squares this took meant a lot of careful step flashing. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp against the warm brick and cream and gives this home a sharp, deliberate top to match the manicured grounds below it. Total project: $25,500, completed March 2026.
