Roof Replacement on Lakestone Estates
Lakestone Estates in Pittsboro is a substantial home tucked into a wooded lot, with a complex multi-plane roof covering 37 squares and a side covered porch on a stone foundation. A roof of this size and shape calls for the strongest architectural shingle in the GAF lineup, so we used Timberline Ultra HDZ in Charcoal across the full scope. The dark color reads cleanly from above and matches the warm cream siding below the way a darker shingle should. The crew worked through every hip and valley to keep the field lines straight across all the intersecting gables. Total project: $18,200, completed November 2025.
