Lanercost Ct in Garner is a beautifully detailed two-story home with a Victorian-style polygonal turret bay projecting from the front, a screened side porch, and several intersecting gables across the elevation. The polygonal turret roof alone is one of the more demanding shingle details we install, every facet has to land cleanly. The 42 squares this took called for patient, careful work throughout. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color frames the cream siding and the layered roof shape in a way that makes every architectural choice read clearly. Total project: $17,170, completed January 2025.
