Roof Replacement on Margots Ave
Margots Ave in Wake Forest is a two-story home in cream-yellow siding with a stone-clad entry surround, multiple front-facing gables, and an attached two-car garage anchoring the left side. With three distinct gable heights meeting at the front, the prep work focused on every valley transition. We installed 34 squares of CertainTeed Landmark in Moire Black. The deep black reads strong against the cream body and stone entry, giving this home a sharp, deliberate finish. Total project: $13,450, completed March 2024.
